Pros

Growth story, strong positioning in the Cloud and data center space, has good solid, bright smart people, a lot of them sticking around for the growth/stock appreciation.

Cons

Too many C-Level executives for this size, spend a lot of time competing against each other. Net result is layers of people doing "busy work". Too many networking people in the DNA of the company to let new technologies come to fruit.

Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

Cons

Very busy, they need to hire more people.

Great people in various internal roles.

Cons

CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
