As a leader of the IT organization, I challenge you to “Speak Up” and influence the type of change you want to see in the organization. Since I don’t always have visibility at all levels in the organization, I empower - and expect - my leadership team to question and defend against work that has minimal impact or will not scale.

Finally, while I appreciate your advice to management, I feel we have a very strong executive management team who care very deeply for the company and for each other. I am sorry you see differently, but as a member of the C-suite I see how hard my talented teammates work to put ego and persona aside for the benefit of the company.
