      Amazing company with great culture and high growth potential - Director Equinix Employee Review

      Pros

      It comes down to three things: - People: Everyone is so nice, helpful and wanting to do the right things -Culture: Informal culture that encourages you to be yourself. Very little pretension or hierarchy. -Opportunity: The company is growing like a wild fire. The opportunities facing the company are enormous.

      Cons

      -Office The location of the HQ office is not great. There are not a lot of restaurants near by and we are running out of room.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Cons

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
