I couldn’t agree more about the draw of the people and environment at Equinix. I am so impressed by the passion and ‘win together’ nature of everyone I’ve met. Our culture is one where we all work hard. I know our people are the reason we have been able to accomplish so much. We are developing a career framework that will create consistent definitions and criteria for Equinix jobs around the world.
