As the company continues to grow at a very fast pace, the challenge of balancing workloads and resources is a very important one and something to which we remain committed. We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with internal career opportunities, as the ongoing development of our employees is both something we take very seriously at Equinix, and the cornerstone of our Grow, Perform, Succeed (GPS) approach to performance and growth. We are currently working on giving employees more visibility into available career experiences and supporting them in taking charge of their career development. We have recently invested in career development tools, implemented Career Pathways for some functions, and are continuing to roll it out across other functional areas at Equinix. Our Career Pathways is aimed at giving employees visibility into different career perspectives and can be used when discussing opportunities for employee development with your manager during Quarterly Conversations. We encourage all employees to visit the Career Pathways page on the HUB to gather insight into the scope of this project, the available framework, and the planning for the further implementation.
