Cons
Telecity acquisition last year brought many challenges. Telecity acquired staff aren't trained on Equinix systems/processes and in turn are unable to provide the required customer services to the clients, ultimately clients are suffering. High churn risk among the legacy Telecity client base due to poor customer service. This has been communicated to the senior management by several employees but nothing has changed yet. Sales management is generally uninterested in the employees feedback and as long as their short terms numbers are achieved, this long term churn risk isn't something they are looking to mitigate.
