      Pros

      Culture, collaboration and cultivation. Firm is committed to growing the team and operations for a greater purpose. Lot of weeding out of folks who are not a good fit. Momentum building.

      Cons

      No real cons. Things to be aware of - Workload is high, best effort is required, best attitude is a must and being able to execute cross functionally is key.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
