      Aggressive and yet laid back!! - Human Resources Analyst Equinix Employee Review

      Pros

      Just doing as-is is not okay. You are encouraged and expected to redefine, reshape and improve. That's the kind of culture that ensured that Equinix continued to surpass revenue projection for 60 consecutive quarters. A very diverse, fun and forward thinking culture. Very employee focused and everyone gets a piece of the pie.

      None I can think of.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
