      Pros

      I was in a global talent management role in HR and enjoyed my experience, particularly with my team. I found my teammates within our department and across other lines to be very personable, supportive, and engaging - which inspired a lot of the work that I collaborated on. I also had the opportunity to travel globally, build a team, and co-lead major initiatives. The relationships I developed during my time there have extended beyond my last day, which is great!

      Cons

      There are cons within every department, and I think the biggest challenge at the time was trying to figure out what it would take for me to get to the next level in my career. Sometimes the feedback was inconsistent. But, having said that, I also received helpful feedback that has set me up well for success in my new role - and I had access to career experiences that were very enriching.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Cons

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
