The Company is executing solidly on the following 3 key fronts ( CEO is a key driving force behind these): a) Vision: Company has a well-defined strategy/Vision called Platform 2.0 that is making the company ready for the next generation workloads/architectures like 5G, AI, Blockchain, Multi-Cloud etc, business models and customers. b) Company culture: Our CEO regularly meets with employees of all pay grades and listens to their concerns and aspirations. He has regular calls with all middle level managers and takes input about what is working and what is not. Employees are recognizing each other via a program called Magic of Equinix. Employees feel safe and are excited that they have a career growth path at Equinix. c) Business Execution: The company is consistently surpassing its quarterly business goals. New data centers and services are being announced at an aggressive pace. Company is aggressively coming up with new channel relationships and partnership models.
Cons
Equinix business model is unique and it works. The company is expanding at a fast pace. Need to be even more aggressive with respect to expanding in countries where you currently are not present.
