Pros
Fun and energetic atmosphere. Wide spectrum of experienced people in various verticals. Operationally sound and a well-oiled machine. The ability to meet all walks of life globally. The company has money and isn't shy on spending a little internally. Training is extensive.
Cons
Company view marketed internally as a "Promote Within" organization, but hiring Executives actions dictate an exemption from the policy. A tendency to disregard reality of the marketplace as a whole. Disfunctional Midlevel to top level communication. Newly hired Executives with agenda's that don't corespond to change that's empacting, and sustainable.
