      Pros

      Equinix is a fantastic place to work, with excellent benefits including pay as well as a positive work life balance. The company is committed to DE&I, and the leadership team from Charles down to management walk the walk. Easily the best corporate environment I've been apart of in my career.

      Cons

      Not many. Company is geographically disperse, which can lead challenges in meeting with other teams. Older legacy systems and processes can bog down the flow of end-to-end for customers, though leadership is well aware and we're working on improving.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
