We also would like you to know that increasing the visibility of women leaders across the organization is a mission very important to Equinix, and something that we are trying to promote through the Equinix Women Leaders Network (EWLN), a resource group offering a network of mutual support that fosters both personal and professional development for women leaders At Equinix. While the EWLN currently focuses on senior-level women in the Americas and EMEA, the vision is to broaden the group annually through the creation of new chapters worldwide.
