Pros
The team was professional and helpful. The site has a clean and presentable indoor/outdoor appearance. Decent bonus each year. I enjoyed that each new day in the office, everyone always shook your hand and asked how you are. I think that helps with moral. Plus all the Cuban coffee you can drink, cereal and various fruits and snacks for free.
Cons
Every morning, there was a meeting with my team to discuss the plan of the day and provide shift turnover. Not too productive for the night shift guys having to stay late every time so what would be a 6PM-6AM shift would actually be an additional 60-90min regularly. The building is massive at 1.2million sq ft and you can get lost a bit too easily as a newcomer and you have to learn without assistance. The pay needs to be higher since it's in the city and it's expensive.
