This company had a fantastic culture my entire career until the last 2 years. The UK office is led by an old Dell employee, who hired a lot of ex-Dell employees. At this point the culture has deteriorated and replaced with manipulation, cronyism and toxic management. If you are a middle aged white man do not bother to interview with this organization. There is an overt effort by HR and management to purge the company of middle aged white men. The talk around the office is that the culture is toxic and management is weak and biased toward younger empoyees.
