Cons
Going through major re-org. There's too many duplication of responsibilities which resulted in grey areas and lack of clarity for team members. Senior leaders themselves are not sure of how the design the org and just build the plane as it flies. Favoritism are apparent and you get what you want if you are in the inner circle of global senior leaders. Otherwise your voice, views and opinions will not be heard and act on. Org wants feedback from employees but they don't really do anything with those feedback and choose to hear what they want to hear instead. Senior leaders need to get their act together and not just keep creating initiatives after initiatives.
