There is a pervasive culture of passive aggression within the organisation, where management often resorts to intimidation to maintain appearances. While the purpose of the Plus survey may be to address such issues, it is evident that many managers pressure employees into providing positive feedback, even when the reality is far from ideal. When such feedback is not given, these managers retaliate by bullying the individual, using any opportunity to undermine them, particularly during moments of vulnerability. They even put employees on the spot during meetings that should serve as open spaces for voicing concerns, causing them to shut down and fear every move they make.
