      Free gym membership, interesting people

      Cons

      can be a chaotic environment, predatory male members, extremely busy depending on the location. the management at my location was just unhelpful most of the times especially when i was the only person at the desk as 50+ members were entering. sales team was incredibly rude and entitled, would laugh at you when you're struggling.

      Amazing team and staff, smart people, friendly, learned a lot quickly. Really good atmosphere, supportive.

      Compensation not enough but otherwise no con’s. Good benefits.

      The General management is continuously changing so credit for past performance is lost.
