Pros
Loved my time here, culture is great and you really do feel supported by both your managers and your direct reports. Very cool to be considered the number 1 fitness club in the country/internationally, not a lot of other companies can claim that.
Cons
Compensation was not good for many across the org, didn't really matter what position you were in. You will be working more hours than other similar type roles and the compensation is not exactly incredible. Work-life balance was also terrible. This was a few years ago though so things may have changed
