      Pros

      Education, elite clientele, "status", clean, updated equipment....I don't really have anything else nice to say so....

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, horrible company culture, intimidation from managers all the way up, consistance pressure to exceed previous month's session number, zero support for work/life balance, unethical behavior. This company doesn't practice what it preaches about health and fitness, AT ALL.

      Spa Management is professional and tends to employees needs. Encourages growth within the company and career wise.

      The General management is continuously changing so credit for past performance is lost.
