Cons
Jabbok Schlacks will look you in the eye, shake your hand, and flat out lie to you. They will promise you guaranteed bonus’s to get you there, then use vague language in your contract to not pay you. Any employee from a competitor is basically a new source of knowledge, once they get your industry info, you are expendable and are demoted or terminated. This entire place is a ticking time bomb, the only future here for you is to be acquired by United Rentals or to have the private investors replace all the management so they can sell it. Eventually, people will have to see a return on their investment. They do not represent any of the values of integrity, humility, drive, or intelligence; expect the complete opposite. The grass is not greener over here, not matter what they say.
