Pros
Amazing people amongst rank and file, working hard to support ever-shifting product demands across a wide portfolio of technical and data solutions. Company bills itselfs as 'People First' with benefits are great for wellness, and options are available with a catch for those that qualify. On paper, great growing company with value statements and programs for engagement and veterans. Unfortunately, it's all in service of good PR without any ounce support or follow-thru from HR or senior leadership.
Cons
Once your in, you're trapped. Empty promises of raises, bonuses, stock options (IPO is always 'soon'). Teams are restructured on whims every quarter, in 3 years - witnessed 400% turnover in C-Suite and Director level. No one lasts more than 3 years (except those with family ties) with shadow layoffs virtually every week across senior leadership.
