If you’re a white make with a big ego, this could be the place for you! EquipmentShare takes toxic masculinity to a whole new level. It’s a great place to work if you don’t mind living in fear of losing your job everyday.
Cons
I’ve never worked somewhere with worse change management principles. The constant reorganization with no explanation, high turnover at all levels and complete lack of communication and transparency are insane. The company’s leadership have lost complete sight of being a people first company and greed is at the forefront. (Male) Leaders who throw people under the bus are promoted and retained while high achieving, intelligent women are pushed out or fired. The systemic problems aren’t just tolerated but rather this way of leading is encouraged. 70 corporate employees were laid off with no reasoning and it was all swept under the rug.
