Equitable has outsourced its' call center so when calling in to get contract information is a NIGHTMARE. The representatives don't know what they are talking about, can barely speak English, the over the web phone lines constantly break up. This company should not exist. I despise dealing with Equitable annuities for service after the sale. They are truly the absolutely worst I have ever dealt with.
