Pros
Most of the people here are incredibly nice. They bring in food pretty often which is nice to have.
Cons
The work you are doing does not translate well into finance or accounting jobs at all almost. You will not learn financial statements, accounting concepts, etc. You will only learn data analysis and SAS. You spend 80%+ of your day in the SAS coding language. Your coworkers will make you feel bad for asking questions. There is an incredible amount of work, and the pay is far below what it should be, as a new grad can expect 70k starting for entirely too much work. You can find jobs where you make 10k less but work 15 hours less a week easily in this area. Also, since turnover is rather high they tend to hire international students, as international students can not quit or they will literally have to leave the United States. Kind of a red flag to hire people who can not quit and find another job elsewhere.
