Pros
It's a great place to reevaluate your career path. You learn a lot about customer service with some really tough real-life scenarios.
Cons
1. bad pay - with a college degree you can earn a fabulous 27K salary :-) 2. horrible clients - if you enjoy being verbally abused, physically threatened and psychologically drained every day at work without having any actual recourse or corporate protection - work here. 3. patronizing employers - insipid smiles and fake personalities galore 4. bad hours - sure, you work 5 days a week -- but you'll only get one weekend off and have to come in extra early or work through lunch to make your quoted 40 hours 5. numbers over people - you get the fun pleasure of telling people that they're only real value is as a lease 6. dirty politics - yay! they'll mislead you're commission sales, make you do extra paperwork, and cut your allocated reimbursements
