Profits have doubled but salaries have not. work constantly is dumped on you even though that not in you're job description. Very cheap company, will not reward hard work. Too many politics for a company who states they are dedicated to the workers. Very little upward mobility if any always seem to hire outside the company. Too many wanna be bosses but none will help only point fingers.
