Unwilling to do the basics to serve their customers. Too many legacy employees that are unwilling to realize that their ways are outdated and systems are inadequate. The owner has too many other businesses and lacks focus in order to make this one succeed. Conpany culture in CA office is horrible and if you are not of a certain ethnic background you are not taken seriously.
