Pros
It has great foundation to start your career. Due to over load of duties, you will learn to manage time better even it is not enough. Also multitasking will be put to test.
Cons
-There are no such thing as training. If you are proactive then you learn as you go. - Broken promises on pay increase. Regardless how much you work and even company force you to multitasking beyond your original job role. -Owner pay more attention spying employees thru cameras around the bldg on what they do, rather finding new ways to improve work culture, business techniques and methods. -There are no real promotions. They rather hire new ones even there are previous employees that is suitable for that positon due to years of exp in company. -Too much micro manage for managers to get credits from higher admins. Rather adapting to new ways, the work environment is outdated and troublesome for skilled employees. -High turnovers for good skilled people. They don't seem to keep them well on better pay.
