Great work life balance as well as many healthcare initiatives going on. Relatively stable job.

Cons

Too slow. Since it is non-profit , the working environment can be very laid back, depending on where you work.

-From a Power Systems perspective the job provides unique exposures as the ISO operates the entire Interconnection as it's a small island unlike the Eastern and Western interconnections. -Low and Middle management do in fact listen to their employees. -Work culture promotes flexibility and freedom as long as we deliver results. -Work/life balance is generally good compared to other companies.

Cons

-Pay could be better given industry strandard. -Depending on your department lots of after hours working during projects outside the regular job duties. -Referencing the aforementioned con, work/life balance can be poor during projects.
