Pros
There are some really smart, mission oriented folks, the work is interesting, and you typically have the opportunity to be exposed to a lot of different things.
Cons
There are a lot of lateral opportunities but career growth can be slow and the longer you stay, the more likelihood you'll be trapped. There are also pockets of incompetence, bullying behaviors, and a lack of accountability that can be frustrating.
