Very intelligent people, namely engineers, in the power industry
Cons
Chain of command issues. Supporting and promoting managers with poor communication, leadership and people skills. Lots of cliques. Allows harassing behavior and bullying. Diverse when it comes to foreigners but not many African Americans. Policies say one thing, but are contrary to experiences.
