Pros
Good place to start your career, recent graduates can be involved in the latest technologies(LTE, 4G, GPON) and advance quickly. Dress is casual and working life reasonably flexible with hours and some balance towards personal business/needs. Benefits and compensation appear to be average.
Cons
Middle management is mainly business folk with sometimes little understanding of the work being performed by the technical people below and are using accounting software to manage a technical field - this produces many additional tasks to update statistics to monitor your work level, reducing the overall efficiency. The office environment is very cramped(70 sq ft per 2 people/desks) and can be loud due to calls on speaker.
