Ericsson great corporation but not so friendly to Silicon Valley ways of working - Senior Manufacturer Engineer Ericsson Employee Review

Does not use Silcon Valley work tools such as Agile / Oracle. You must use propriatary Ericssson tools controlled in Sweden. Tools are very slow in USA but your still expected to produce at Silicon Valley pace. Ericsson management can be very arrogant there way is the only way and other opinions are looked down on.
