Pros
Financially sound, have resources to do things it wished to pursue. Overall a punctual pay master. Willing to listen to ground recently.
Cons
Not flexible, too much processes. Red tape is enormous. Slightly racist, in the sense that majority of the country managers are Swedish. Always cuts reduce engineers at the low level whenever there is a need to reduce budget, however all ground that need to be done is only done by these engineers. Management are playing politics to save their seats.
