Pros
Ericsson is a big company, and as such you get some of the benefits of being anonymous. In Sweden, there are strong unions and good unemployment coverage. Overtime is well paid. The jobs are varied and if you are lucky you can work in some very interesting projects.
Cons
The management is delocalizing everything to low cost countries without a proper understanding of the consequences. There is also an ongoing obsession about making everyone do everything and anything.
