It is one of the big telecom equipment players and is best performing company in its sector, great global brand, very good compensation plans, opportunities to travel and improve competence.
Cons
Swedish company with global business, slow, smart and arrogant. Lots of politics no different to any other big company. Not the young company that it once was.
