Pros
Diversity, whether that's good or not, is debatable. International presences, can work in project at many places. This is good if you enjoy travelling.
Cons
Glass ceiling if you are not a swede/european. Pretty much no career advancement opportunity if you are non-european. You are stuck in technical area. Salary is not competitive.
