Pros
Ericsson have a ok understanding for the the needs and requirments for doing your job and they often accept the time it takes to do a good job. They are good at reqognize people and you don't have to become a manager to make more money.
Cons
Ericsson could improve in leting you test more of your own ideas and implement more lean or six sigma ideas into the organization. They could also improve in accepting that old code needs to be rewritten and that it can't last for ever.
