Pros
If you want to work for a true global company and have the ability to work in different countries on short or long-term assignments or project teams this is a true "global" company.
Cons
Because the company is so large, many times it is difficult to connect to the companies overall focus. It was sometimes difficult to move quickly and resources were limited. Great people but many burned out.
