Pros
Being part of a great company, with multiple job roles to choose from; the possibility of migrating on another department within the company.
Cons
Some managers have absolutely no skills related to people management. There is no transparency related to their decisions. There is no work volume quantification. The vacation days are approved only if you find another colleague willing to do your work also, while you are in vacation. At least this happens in Romania.
