Cons
Unprofessional HR. They promise you things during your hiring process (e.g., relocation services). Later on, during the probation period, they judge you based on that. The reason for my termination was that I asked for favors during my relocation. This is an absolutely absurd reason to kick someone out when there are no performance issues. I did not expect this from Ericsson.
