Pros
Is a true multi national company, sharing knowledge and experiences from all around the world. Working in Ericsson, number one Telecom Solutions vendor in the world gives me the chance to be in the forefront of the Telecom arena.
Cons
Being in a very small Market Unit in Latin America takes away most of the benefits you get when working directly with the headquartes office in Sweden. Communication takes longer time and decision making process are way too long.
