Pros
They are very employee oriented. They pay attention to your special needs and working hours are flexible. My team has core time between 9.00-14.30, but anyone is free to leave in between this period if they inform the team about that. Most of my senior, junior colleagues have family/other activities. They are always able to leave early and pick up their children, etc. Line managers don't shout at you. As I am an intern, they always communicated to me that school is first and never rushed me with anything.
Cons
The only problem is the payment.
