Pros
Ericsson is a technology leader in its field. There are many great business opportunities ahead. Structured approach with many good process initiatives. Possibility to grow in role if you gain trust. Excellent health package. Nice location and office environment.
Cons
Trust and openness are not always as good as proclaimed. Many people stay too long and become unemployable by other companies if they are ever laid off "You have been with Ericsson a long time.....". HR is disconnected from work force and only serves the purposes of senior management.
