Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits including medical, 401k matching and health incentive programs. Many work location options available.
Cons
HR has generally poor knowledge of employment laws for the state they do business in; example, during orientation they needed to be told that in CA, vacation is not "use it or lose it". Their internal web tools for HR and maintaining employee records and information are antiquated. Management provides no real insight to business status and is far separated from the general employee.
