Depending on which building/program you're working for, the hours are non-traditional and you can split up your day potentially between buildings.

Cons

Unprofessional admin, low pay, no stability (easily bumped out of position or a job in general as it goes by seniority), ran like a business/cut-throat, no paid leave/do not participate in pfmla, and staff isn't very welcoming/friendly.
