You have to be a robot to get a yearly raise worth anything. They don’t really care about the employees you’re just a number. In training, they make you feel like it’s gonna be more than that but after you’re done, absolutely not. That’s how they get you and they start you out at pretty good money and you really don’t make much from there unless like I said you’re a robot. Supervisors don’t care, director doesn’t care, unless you’re a robot. Not the vibe for 2026.
