Erie is financially solid and has a large customer footprint. Once you are in Erie you can stay as long as you want, they do not do layoffs or reduce staff
Cons
Nepotism is prolific. The number of family members and related people at the company is surprising. Management / Buddy promotions have clogged the leadership ranks with overpaid, under skilled managers with little to experience beyond Erie. In office requirement for most. Office is located in an unsafe downtown neighborhood but the do offer parking.
