      - Great firm for a work-life balance - Surprisingly modern tools used for development (Visual Studio 2015 ASP.NET, AGILE methodology) - Co-workers cooperate, very little politics in software development group

      Cons

      - It's in Erie, a pretty shady city when it comes to downtown (though suburbs seem fine) - May have some nepotism when it comes to family members, but it appears they're all very competent
