Great place for many, but not all - Applications Developer Erie and Niagara Insurance Association Employee Review

Seems like a great place for some people (underwriters, accounting. etc.). However, as a developer, it was not good. It may be a good place for SQL database folks, however. Some policies made me feel like an hourly employee rather than having the flexibility that I am used to. Amenities aren't the best. I guess I am spoiled :-)
